Lost People Matter to God

Too many churches function like the people inside the church matter more than those outside the church. Yet when we look at the life of Jesus, we find just the opposite to be true. Behind everything we do will be related to the conviction that lost people matter to God. We will intentionally bend the Sunday morning experience to attract and make sense to people who are not Christians.

Creating Community

Revolution will be all about relationships. As humans we were created and designed for community. It doesn’t matter who you are, what you drive, or even what you believe – we want our guests to get connected in community. We will create environments such as “Life Groups” that are safe and inviting to everyone and to be friendly and hospitable.

Create a Contagious Environment

Jesus is the ultimate example of grace. When you experience his grace in your life it is contagious. Revolution will be a community where we want grace to flow out of who we are to our neighborhoods, to our city, and to the world. We will demonstrate grace by being active in our communities – socially, economically, recreationally, and spiritually. We want to be a community that is known for the grace that we experience and give away.

Unleashing Potential

We believe that every person is created in the image of God, therefore, we believe that every single person has something to offer. We believe in calling out the potential we see in every person. We will do this by helping people to discover and use their talents, skills, and gifts in every arena of life.

Create a Culture of Generosity

We will make the name of Jesus famous in our community through our generosity. “But just as you excel in everything—in faith, in speech, in knowledge, in complete earnestness and in your love for us—see that you also excel in this grace of giving” 2 Cor. 8:7.
